Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we’re happy to make it right.

Please email us at guidedbytheomans@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. We may ask you to return the item before issuing a resolution.

All Other Sales Are Final
