Thank you for supporting our small, heart-centered business. Every item we ship is prepared with intention, love, and care. Below you'll find all the details about how we handle shipping for your sacred treasures.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • We are a small team (just the two of us—plus a few helpful angels), so please allow time for us to hand-pack your order with intention.

  • During holidays or product launches, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop if there’s a delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We currently ship using USPS & UPS from our brick-and-mortar shop in Saint Augustine, FL.

  • Delivery typically takes:

    • 3–7 business days for domestic orders

    • 7–21 business days for international orders (depending on customs and local postal service)

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to United States only

Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 for all domestic orders under $75

  • Free Shipping: For all orders over $75

  • Real-time carrier rates (if applicable) are calculated at checkout for larger orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and the item within 48 hours so we can make it right.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. In this case, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
